At Priority Animal Care, we offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your pet and livestock vaccines, antibiotics and supplements are delivered to you in a timely manner. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location the weight and size of your order. Our supplements. antibiotics and vaccines are packaged securely to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible to minimize our impact on the environment. If you have any special delivery requirements, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Priority Animal Care. If for any reason you are not happy with your supplements, antibiotics or vaccines, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that there's no returns /refund for all vaccines. Returns will only be accepted if the supplements and antibiotics are unopened and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
